Last Day to Register for Rec Soccer: 

$60 until 4/4/13. $70 after 4/4/13. No registrations accepted after 4/21/13 unless room is available on existing teams.

U9 QUESTIONS & FAQ

New for 2012, U9 moves to travel. That means if your player is 9 years old or older on July 31, 2012, they cannot register for rec and must register for travel. A set of FAQ's have been started to answer the many questions that are popping up. You may also visit our program information page.

 

PARTICIPANT RESOURCES

 We use online registration. Your individual account, team rosters & contacts are available from your account. 

You may enter additional emails or change family account information. All club emails will be sent from SportsSignUp after registration is complete.

Required Forms

 

Links are available to the left for the forms you will need to fill out to play soccer for Crow River Soccer Club. 

If you are playing:
INDOOR SOCCER: fill out the Indoor Soccer Registration form.

TRAVEL SOCCER: fill out the 2011 Registration form, Liability Waiver, and Medical Release Forms. Send the Registration form to the email/address shown on the form. Give the Liability Waiver and Medical Release forms to your coach or manager. If you are new to the club, you will also need a copy of a certified birth certificate before you will be allowed to play. Pay by check and mail to the address on the registration form or pay online with PayPal button on home page.

REC SOCCER: fill out the 2011 Rec Soccer Registration form (available soon). Send the Registration form to the email/address shown on the form. Pay by check and mail to the address on the registration form or pay online with PayPal button on home page.

SOCCER CLINIC or CAMP: fill out the Liability Waiver and Medical Release forms. Bring to the first clinic/camp date.
